Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Salary: Competitive salary based on education and/or experience and holiday pay and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Days: Monday through Friday

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Position:

The IT Operations Administrator is intended to be a primary role and be involved in several facets of the systems development life cycle from a technical / operations perspective.

The IT Operations Administrator will coordinate activities of the organization focusing on the corporate servers (both physical and virtual), storage, backup solutions, email, and domain services. The IT Operations Administrator will also work with vendors to implement new projects and technologies as well as coordinate support for the existing infrastructure. The position will assist with developing strategic and disaster recovery planning for the organization's IT services and will help to provide yearly expenses and capital budgets for the IT Operations area.

  • Server Networking and Services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Server Virtualization and Management
  • Server and Storage Hardware (Hyper-Converged, Converged Platforms)
  • Active Directory Management
  • Data Backup and Recovery
  • Office 365/Azure Management
  • Manage and Develop Infrastructure Documentation

Qualifications:

  • Requires High School degree or equivalent
  • 3 years of equivalent job experience with hands on experience in VMWare vSphere, Nutanix AHV, or Proxmox VE
  • 3 years of experience with Windows Server (2012-2022) support and management
  • 3 years of Active Directory experience, including Group Policy development and implementation
  • 1 year of experience in enterprise backup and data management
  • Adaptability to learn and support new technologies is essential
  • Manage planning, provisioning, and support of all IT infrastructure
  • Strong technical writing and analytical skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to develop and implement procedures and policies
  • Responsive; strives for excellence; ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
