As an IT Product Manager, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle of our products, from inception to launch and beyond, for our products, platforms, or services. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, you'll define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market needs. Leveraging your strong analytical skills and customer insights, you'll prioritize features, enhancements, and improvements that deliver maximum value to our users and drive business outcomes. You'll serve as stakeholders' primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product development process. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, you'll monitor market trends, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance the user experience and maintain a competitive edge in the market. As a strategic leader in product management, you'll play a crucial role in driving our products' success and the organization's overall growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and market needs.• Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and improvements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product development and delivery.• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as stakeholders' primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements. All requirements must include a current and future state process map to be shared and signed off with your sponsor.• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.• User Experience Optimization: Advocate for exceptional user experiences, working closely with design and engineering teams to prioritize usability and accessibility improvements.• Product Launch: Lead the successful launch of new products and features, coordinating launch activities, preparing go-to-production plans, and ensuring smooth execution.• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, iterating on product features and processes based on user feedback, data insights, and market dynamics.• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with product management peers and other stakeholders to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.• Customer Advocacy: Act as a passionate customer advocate, representing their needs and interests in product decisions and initiatives.• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies impacting product delivery or performance.• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, sharing insights and knowledge with the broader organization.• Business Impact: Drive measurable business impact through product innovation, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market share expansion.• Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with our organization's vision, mission, and values and fall within your scope of practice.

Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.• Preferred Certification(s): Any relevant IT Certification.• Experience: 5+ years of relevant and practical experience with HR/Payroll

Special Skills:• Methodology: Strong knowledge of Agile Product & Waterfall methodology.• Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (Clarity, MS Projects, Jira, etc.).• Development: Understanding of software/product development lifecycle.• Communication: Effective communication, able to present to senior leadership.• Decision-Making: Value-based decision-making.• Problem-solving: Analytical skills for diagnosing and solving issues.• Organization: Managing time, prioritizing tasks, and handling responsibilities.
