Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in change management and risk management processes, particularly within the context of software deployment. This role requires a proactive individual who can oversee changes and projects within the organization, ensuring compliance and successful execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Over 3 years of Project/Change Management experience.
- Prior experience as a Change Coordinator.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management and change management theory.
- Experience with ITSM, BMC Remedy Ticketing System, JIRA, and project risk tools such as PPRT.
- Banking experience and comprehensive knowledge of business unit functions.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage across the organization and provide clear status updates to senior management.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow refined processes and suggest improvements.
- Ability to proactively assess readiness and minimize risks associated with changes.
- Willingness to occasionally work nights and weekends as required to support change activities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively, make decisions, and adapt to change.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Administer the overall Change Management for the Project Book of Work.
- Plan, execute, and facilitate successful and compliant software deployment processes.
- Perform administrative tasks, stakeholder coordination, records updates, and process documentation.
- Work independently and efficiently with peer Change Coordinators to eliminate duplications of effort.
- Motivate software developers, scrum masters, and project managers to build cooperative work teams.
