Your role will involve ensuring that execution and delivery meet client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5 years of End-to-End Project/Release Management experience
Strong Project Management and project financial management skills
Experience in developing and managing project plans
Experience scheduling and facilitating regular meetings to review progress and status
Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira) and Client Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
Experience as an Agile/Scrum Master
Ability to identify, assign, track, escalate, and resolve issues
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables
Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline
Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
Support resource planning for delivery/execution
