Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Resource management and forecasting experience
• Vendor management and procurement expertise
• Proficiency in metrics and reporting

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Intermediate to expert skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SharePoint for managing workflows and data repositories
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business management teams to build reports and manage financial functions
• Coordinate with technology organization managers on resource allocations and forecasts
• Engage with key business resources to address project and audit information needs
• Manage vendor processes including invoice payment and forecasting
• Capture and report key project metrics for executive-level reporting
• Coordinate compliance and operational risk management activities
