Introduction

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to lead major projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with technology executives and their teams to influence and escalate as necessary to meet target dates and mitigate risks. Responsibilities include status reporting, issue escalation, risk mitigation, key messaging/communication, deliverable date management, forecasting, and financial tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in project management
Experience in management consulting or a history of solving unique challenges in managing large programs
Hands-on experience with trending progress via multiple systems
Proficiency in Excel formulas, pivot tables, and lookups
Demonstrated project execution and leadership abilities
Background/education in technology (Bachelor’s Degree) and the software development lifecycle

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Strong critical thinking skills
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills for senior leaders
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide leadership in a matrix organization of skilled architects, engineers, and business partners
Work autonomously and collaborate effectively with local and remote co-workers in a fast-paced environment
Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives
