Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables across multiple Agile teams, projects, and time zones. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile processes and the ability to implement and mature Lean-Agile principles and practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Jira
Experience with Tableau or other reporting tools, including report development
Familiarity with enterprise program and project tools (e.g., PPRT)
Excellent presentation skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Leadership presence
Ability to work independently and show initiative
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, including kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings
Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables
Ensure compliance with standards and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of projects and programs
Guide teams in optimizing the implementation of Enterprise Agile standards and practices
Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution across teams and stakeholders
Influence and guide business and technology leaders on changes that enable agility
Support resource planning
