Introduction

This role involves capturing and supporting the delivery of business and/or system requirements to achieve significant business outcomes. The position requires working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, perform impact analysis, and refine requirements into executable specifications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the business/technical domain and provide thought leadership based on extensive experience in software implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Program and Project Management
SWIFT Knowledge is a huge plus
Experience with Agile Project Delivery
Experience with leading cost/benefit analysis
Proficiency in Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Ability to influence stakeholder strategy and create solutions
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations
Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements
Act as the subject matter expert to support scope and requirement decisions
Ensure compliance with bank standards and policies
Assist users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting
Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and solutions
Mentor junior Analysts
