  • Identify and escalate risks, delays, resource constraints, and other issues that could impact audit or compliance objectives.

  • Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts between auditors and internal technology teams.

  • Ensure audit documentation and evidence are accurate, complete, and delivered according to required timelines.

  • Manage multiple audit and compliance initiatives while minimizing disruption to business and technology operations.

  • Mentor project team members and provide guidance on project management and audit coordination best practices.

Qualifications:

  • IT experience in a leadership or project/program management capacity, leading multiple concurrent project teams or initiatives.

  • Experience leading or facilitating internal and/or external IT audit engagements.

  • Experience coordinating multiple concurrent audits.

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, and operational controls.

  • Experience with IT controls, audit processes, regulatory compliance, and remediation activities.

  • Strong project and program management experience, including risk, scope, resource, timeline, and stakeholder management.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with experience working across technical teams, auditors, and senior leadership.

  • PMP certification preferred.

  • Experience with NIST, COBIT, ITIL, GRC frameworks, and information security controls is a plus.

  • Experience managing audit remediation programs is a plus.
