IT Program Manager - Charlotte, NC - Contract - $64-69 Per HR

This role is based in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite. As an IT Program Manager on a contract basis, you'll lead complex program initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards. You'll work with cross-functional teams and leverage automation to enhance delivery workflows.

Description

Lead multi-team programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Translate business strategies into actionable plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration points proactively.
Promote automation to improve workflow efficiency and predictability.
Provide detailed reporting using real-time data for delivery and operational health.
Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Orchestrate program delivery to meet business goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration to manage dependencies and risks effectively.
Implement automation-driven delivery practices to enhance workflow.
Provide clear reporting using real-time data for decision-making.
Ensure operational readiness and compliance with security and audit standards.

Qualifications

Significant experience in leading multi-team delivery in product or enterprise environments.
Experience in roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.
Proficiency in delivery planning, documentation, and workflow tools.
Familiarity with Agile practices and AI-accelerated workflows.
Experience with enterprise change, security, and compliance processes.
