Job Description

We are currently seeking an IT Program Manager (ERP) for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Pay: $95 – 112/hr (W2)
1-year assignment with potential for extension based on performance and business need
You will lead a strategic ERP financial transformation initiative focused on modernizing and optimizing core finance systems and processes
Own roadmap development, program governance, delivery execution, and stakeholder communication across IT and finance teams
Lead cross-functional teams through complex program lifecycles while ensuring alignment with finance operating models, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards
Coordinate closely with project managers and business relationship managers to align scope, schedules, resources, and delivery priorities
Manage program risks, mitigation plans, status reporting, and executive-level updates throughout the project lifecycle
Drive large-scale ERP and financial systems implementations using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required in computer science, IT, finance, or related field
PMP certification or similar project/program management certification required
Pharma industry experience strongly preferred
Proven track record delivering ERP and financial transformation programs
Experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
Experience leading large-scale enterprise programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
