Introduction

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables that typically require engagement from multiple teams. The position involves managing risks, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. The role also includes facilitating communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10 years of End-to-End Project/Change Management experience
Experience in Release and Change Management
Strong Project Management skills with the ability to lead a team and drive results
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Strong project financial management skills
Experience guiding projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followed

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Change Management, Remedy, and ServiceNow
Experience with Project Management, JIRA
Knowledge of Release and Co-pilot

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and change controls
Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for defined deliverables
Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
Support resource planning for delivery/execution
Review changes, project estimates, project documents validation, and change details verification
Support multiple works and work with offshore team and onshore coordinators
