Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite at Minneapolis location
Working hours: 8-5pm CST (7-4pm as well, flexible)
Introduction
We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to lead complex programs and multi-workstream initiatives across our Information Security portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management experience and a deep understanding of Information Security.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on program/project management experience as a primary job function
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives end-to-end
- Ability to craft and manage MS Project Workplan and project management artifacts
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Experience identifying, managing, and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Practical experience with project management and collaboration tools (Client Project, JIRA, Client Teams / Visio / Powerpoint)
- Prior work experience in the client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or other regulated environments
- Exposure to Information Security, Cybersecurity, or enterprise technology organizations
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure fundamentals)
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s optional)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead complex programs and multi-workstream initiatives across the Information Security portfolio
- Define and manage scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Build and maintain detailed program/project plans using tools such as Client Project and JIRA
- Coordinate across multiple Information Security teams
- Track progress across initiatives and proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues
- Provide updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Partner with team members to provide guidance, structure, and delivery support
