Join the Leidos team on the front lines of digital transformation for the Department of Defense as an IT Project Manager. As a member of the Cloud One ACSS program / C1N ACSS, you will drive the projects in support of continuous improvement and Task Requirement Notice (TRN). This isn't just an IT job; it's a mission to secure and advance the nation's defense technology.

Clearance: Active Secret (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Your Role and Responsibilities:As a IT Project Manager, you will be the central figure leading complex IT modernization and consolidation projects from initiation to completion. You will be empowered to guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure the flawless execution of projects that are vital to national security.

  • Lead the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, on schedule, and on budget.

  • Brief key stakeholders on project plans and progress, managing milestones and realigning schedules to overcome unforeseen challenges.

  • Assemble and direct project teams, coordinating tasks with functional experts across operations, security, and contracts.

  • Develop detailed resource plans and schedules to ensure your team has what it needs to succeed.

  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, document lessons learned and drive the continuous improvement of our project management processes.

  • Manage the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) process and the delivery of required documentation.

  • Identify automation opportunities to drive improved service delivery.

  • Serve as the primary communication link for your projects, reporting status to leadership, preparing formal meeting minutes, and developing content for program reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant project management experience (Note: Additional years of applicable high-level experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

  • An active Secret clearance.

  • Demonstrated success in leading Small-Medium-scale, complex IT migration, consolidation, or technical refresh projects.

  • Exceptional skills in resource planning, task scheduling, and risk management.

  • A strong working knowledge of Network, Systems/Compute, and End-User Support environments.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and SharePoint.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to work onsite at Hanscom AFB (Concord, MA) 2-3 days per week, or more as required by the customer.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification.

  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), discovery, and event management platforms.

  • Familiarity with USAF and DoD organizational structures, regulations, and directives.

  • Experience supporting a Program Management Office (PMO) on large government contracts.

  • Proficiency with software development tools and methodologies.
