IT Project Manager II (UX Design) - Remote-Va

Job Summary (List Format):

• Manage and oversee all aspects of technology projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
• Responsible for managing project scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor project milestones.
• Generate periodic status reports to communicate project progress.
• Evaluate and manage project risks.
• Incorporate quality measures and standards into all project deliverables.
• Utilize technical skills in Microsoft Office, Project Management, Root Cause Analysis, Sourcing, Stakeholder Management, and Vendor Relationship Management.
• Apply knowledge of Agile Software Development, Scrum, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Work independently to resolve basic problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage complex documentation efforts.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and clarity in all tasks.
• Manage multiple submissions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience in regulatory operations, project management, content management, or submission coordination.
• Preferred: Background in Content Design, UX Writing, UX Design, or related digital experience fields.
• Familiarity with regulatory submission processes and documentation standards is a plus.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, or related field (or equivalent experience) required.
