Introduction
Global Technology Risk & Regulatory Management is seeking a motivated and passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced culture. This role offers an opportunity to work with peers across CIO teams within Global Technology and gain exposure to technology senior leaders. The position involves driving Risk Management activities in support of a technology division, balancing priorities, and ensuring flawless execution while celebrating team successes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of internal control, regulatory, audit, risk, compliance, or relevant work experience within a financial services or technology organization
- Cybersecurity-related certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, or similar
- Prior operational risk or compliance experience in the technology arena
- Detailed, bank-specific risk management and governance experience
- Technology Domain Knowledge as well as facilitation and presentation skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree and/or relevant work experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 products
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners
- Self-starter, organized, versatile, and capable of performing work with minimal management oversight
- Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with peers and stakeholders
- Problem solver who can manage through ambiguity
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review documentation for accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a global and fast-paced environment
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support a variety of functions/routines to maintain a robust and sustainable risk culture across the technology team
- Collect, analyze, and report accurate data to support informed decision-making and problem-solving
- Monitor the health of issues through their lifecycle, including action plan development and validation
- Drive collaboration with teammates across organizations to identify opportunities to improve control and reduce risk
