Japanese Bilingual IT Consultant |Both Experienced and Entry-Level Candidates Welcome

Full-Time | Torrance, CA | On-site

We are an IT solutions company providing a broad range of services, including website design and development, digital marketing, network infrastructure, business systems development, and systems integration support.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Japanese-English bilingual IT Consultant to join our growing team. This client-facing role focuses on understanding clients' business challenges and proposing practical IT solutions that combine technology and creative ideas.

You will build client relationships through phone outreach and client visits, and support the full client engagement process—from initial planning and proposal development through follow-up and aftercare.

No prior IT or marketing experience is required. We welcome entry-level candidates who enjoy speaking with people, are curious and motivated to learn, and are eager to proactively introduce solutions and services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales activities through phone outreach and client visits
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Listen to clients' business needs and challenges
  • Propose IT solutions and services tailored to client needs
  • Support the process from planning and proposal development through implementation follow-up and aftercare
  • Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to coordinate client solutions
  • Maintain accurate client and sales activity records

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Strong Japanese and English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Valid California driver's license
  • Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interest in client-facing work, IT solutions, and business development
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and proactively making proposals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT, marketing, consulting, sales, or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Curiosity, motivation to learn, and a positive, proactive attitude

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Weekends and holidays off
  • Three-month introductory period
  • Immediate start preferred; flexible based on availability

Compensation & Benefits

  • $45,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
