Job Title: IT Security Specialist (On-Site / Internal)
Location: Downingtown, PA – Jeff D’Ambrosio Auto Group

Jeff D’Ambrosio Auto Group is a family-owned, high-volume dealership group with a reputation for innovation, customer care, and outstanding workplace culture. We’re looking for an experienced Internal IT Security Specialist to protect our business, secure our infrastructure, and support our rapidly growing dealership operations.
What You’ll Do
As our in-house IT Security lead, you will:
Monitor and secure dealership networks, systems, and endpoints
Maintain and improve cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls
Manage user access, credentialing, and workstation security
Respond to security alerts and investigate potential threats
Liaise with OEM vendor portals (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM, etc.)
Oversee firewall, VPN, remote access, and network configurations
Conduct risk assessments and security training for staff
Support compliance with manufacturer and financial security standards (e.g., FTC Safeguards Rule)
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Experience in network security, IT systems administration, or cybersecurity
Working knowledge of Windows environments, firewalls, VPN, endpoint security tools
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to manage IT security independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Automotive dealership IT or DMS exposure (Reynolds & Reynolds, VinSolutions, etc.)
Experience with FTC Safeguards Rule, MFA configurations, PCI, and compliance frameworks
Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, Network+, CCNA, etc.)
