Join us working onsite in Dearborn, MI as a Storage Services Analyst to support a global storage services environment with responsibilities spanning service operations, planning, coordination, reporting, and infrastructure support. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working across both business and technical teams, managing priorities in Jira, supporting asset and capacity planning, and helping drive the ongoing expansion and adaptation of storage services.
IT Services Coordinator
Overview / Summary Join us onsite in Dearborn, MI as an IT Services Coordinator supporting a global infrastructure services environment. This role is focused on service operations, planning, coordination, reporting, and asset-related support. It is a strong fit for someone who is organized, analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working across business and technical teams to help track work, support planning activities, and keep operational tasks moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Support service operations within a global infrastructure services environment
- Assist with Jira planning and tracking of epics, user stories, and tasks
- Support asset management activities, including leasing and service contracts
- Assist with current and future planning activities supporting service expansion and adaptation
- Support financial and capacity planning and reporting
- Help coordinate hardware lifecycle activities, including new hardware installation and end-of-life equipment removal
- Help coordinate fiber connections to new devices when needed
- Complete connections originating from server team requests
- Provide troubleshooting support for the server-connected environment
- Work across business and technical teams to support operational execution and future planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of IT experience
- Experience with Jira
- Understanding and desire to learn financial processes and methodologies
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Ability to analyze complex data and present findings to management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of business and IT management
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating integrity in all actions
