Job Description

The Agfa-Gevaert Group develops, produces and distributes an extensive range of imaging systems and IT solutions, mainly for the printing industry and the healthcare sector, as well as for specific industrial applications.

Agfa's headquarters and parent company are in Mortsel, Belgium. The Group's operational activities are divided in three divisions: Digital Print & Chemicals, Radiology Solutions, and HealthCare IT.  All divisions have strong market positions and well-defined strategies.

Agfa's largest production and research centers are in Belgium, the United States, Canada, Germany, Austria, China and Brazil. Agfa is commercially active worldwide through wholly owned sales organizations in more than 40 countries. Position Overview:

AGFA is dedicated to enhancing our Supply Chain, Logistics and Manufacturing processes and systems to drive business efficiency. We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and experienced talent to join our ICS team and support our transformation journey. You would need understand business needs, translate them into a high-level technical solution, organize and manage delivery of it with business and our implementation partners.

About You:

  • You are pro-active, self-driven and well-organized.
  • You can communicate very clearly in English, have can-do attitude, and deliver on promise.
  • You are a seasoned IT manager with good understanding of core Supply Chain, Logistics and Manufacturing processes, corresponding SAP S/4 HANA suite functionalities, and other typical systems enabling those process.

Location: Mumbai, India

What You'll Do (Duties & Responsibilities):

  • Manage business relationships - align planning, capture business needs and deliver on promise
  • Perform deep-dives to understand business needs
  • Together with technical experts translate business needs into high-level Solutions (technical, process, organization)
  • Define implementation partners and internal stakeholders to work on Solution implementation
  • Manage Technical solutions delivery to make it happen in-scope, in-time, in-full. Budget management
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends and enhancements to provide innovative solutions

Who You Are:

  • You have a proven track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and functional areas
  • A background in SAP is essential
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both business and IT teams
  • You have experience working with off-shore teams, particularly in India
  • You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions
  • You have very good English skills, both written and verbal, and excellent presentation skills
