Senior Staffing Consultant – Technology StaffingPhiladelphia or New York | Hybrid | $75K-$105K+ Base + CommissionA successful international staffing firm is rapidly expanding its U.S. business and hiring experienced technology staffing professionals.What You'll Do
  • Win new direct client relationships
  • Cold call, network and develop new business
  • Generate contract and/or permanent requisitions
  • Recruit and manage candidates in a full-desk environment
  • Build a profitable book of business
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years staffing experience
  • Proven business development ability
  • Strong sales mentality and comfort cold calling
  • Technology staffing experience preferred
  • Contract staffing experience especially attractive
  • Entrepreneurial, accountable and competitive personality
