Join our dynamic team as a Special Projects Coordinator / IT Support in Bangor, ME and make an impact every day. As a Special Projects Coordinator / IT Support, youll act as the essential on-site bridge between the company and external IT partners to ensure seamless technical operations. Youll work closely with management and the production team to deliver results that make a difference.What Youll Do: As a Special Projects Coordinator / IT Support, you will be responsible for:
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for Managed Services Providers to resolve technical issues.*
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for servers, workstations, printers, and phone systems.*
- Manage user permissions and maintain an accurate inventory of all company hardware.*
- Research and advise management on new software and hardware solutions to improve efficiency.*
- Coordinate and provide hands-on support for special company projects as needed.*
- Assist with physical tasks including pulling wire, cabling, and supporting the production line during peak times.*
- Document technical processes and provide patient customer service to non-technical staff.
- An IT-related degree or relevant technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred.*
- A "go-getter" mentality with the ability to work independently and exercise considerable professional judgment.*
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Windows 11, Office365, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, IPv4).*
- The physical ability to set up hardware, pull cabling, and assist on a production floor.
