Join Our Team
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support & Operations Specialist I to join our Information Technology team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employee technology support and plays an essential role in maintaining reliable IT operations across the organization.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for IT service requests and technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Windows devices, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access management, and equipment deployment.
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Assist with Microsoft Intune device management and endpoint compliance activities.
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID user administration.
- Assist users with virtual desktop and remote access technologies.
- Monitor routine operational processes, including backup and system monitoring activities.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint security practices, and multi-factor authentication.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a similar technical support role.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Familiarity with Active Directory account administration and endpoint management tools.
- Experience using ticketing systems and documenting support resolutions.
- Industry certifications are a plus but not required.
Knowledge & Skills

- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, endpoint security, and IT best practices.

Position Details
- Full-time position
- Primarily office-based with occasional local travel
- Some work may be performed at operational and project sites as needed
