Job Description
IT Support $960 WEEKLYJoin SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!Key Requirements:
- IT support or systems administration experience
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support (in person, phone, or remote)
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
- Support Microsoft systems (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook/Exchange, Teams)
- Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Help maintain backups, endpoint management, and basic cybersecurity tools
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN)
- Support servers, storage systems, and web-based applications as needed
- Keep accurate records of systems, tickets, and equipment
- Work with external IT partners on escalations and projects
- Assist with system upgrades, rollouts, and ongoing improvements
- Monitor system performance and ensure updates are applied
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
