Job Description

Duration: 04 months contractSummary: We are looking for an IT-Support / Computer Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for computer hardware, servers, and data center infrastructure.Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, servers, and data center hardware.
  • Install, replace, and configure RAM, CPUs, SSD/HDDs, power supplies, NICs, GPUs, and other components.
  • Perform server diagnostics, BIOS/firmware updates, and hardware break/fix.
  • Support rack-and-stack, server installation, cabling, and equipment deployment.
  • Troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems and basic network connectivity.
  • Provide onsite technical support and resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Document service activities and escalate complex issues when needed.
Requirements:
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on IT, computer hardware, server, or data center support experience.
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting and break/fix skills.
  • Experience with enterprise servers and data center environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux, BIOS/firmware, and server hardware.
  • Ability to work onsite, lift to 50 lbs., and support flexible schedule
Education:
  • High School Diploma with relevant experience is acceptable.
