Job Description

Position Overview

A growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a motivated Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join its team. This position is ideal for an entry-level IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience supporting clients with technology, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and day-to-day technical support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, eager to learn, and passionate about technology.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printer, and connectivity issues
Set up and deploy desktops, laptops, and user accounts
Document, update, and manage support tickets
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary
Maintain accurate client and support documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution

Qualifications

1-3+ years of IT support or help desk experience preferred
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
