• Provide in-person, phone, email, and remote technical support to employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, connectivity, and printer issues.
• Set up, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, mobile devices, monitors, and other equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Assist manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams with business systems, network access, and other technical needs.
• Help maintain reliable technology systems that support daily business and production operations.

What You'll Bring

• Two or more years of IT help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and environments.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with different teams.
