Overview
Job Description
- Provide Windows 11 support and troubleshooting
- Offer MacOS support (preferred but not required)
- Deliver mobile device support for Android, iOS, and Zebra handheld scanners/printers
- Act as the primary IT contact for DC staff, ensuring excellent customer service
- Assist with audio/visual setup in conference rooms
- Participate in on-call rotations as structured
- Shift: First shift, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Flexibility to adjust based on business demands is a plus
- Willingness to join on-call rotations
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- A+ Certification or equivalent PC support certification
