Strong culture built around teamwork, accountability, and long-term employee success.Job DetailsPosition Summary:The IT Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for employees requiring technical assistance while supporting day-to-day IT operations across multiple company locations. This individual will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage support tickets, configure new equipment, maintain documentation, and assist with infrastructure projects while working closely with senior IT leadership.The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering consistent support, and is eager to continue expanding their technical knowledge.Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Manage and resolve Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Configure and deploy new computers, software, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Support Active Directory user administration.
• Assist with antivirus management and system patching.
• Utilize remote support tools to assist users across multiple locations.
• Support printers, scanners, copiers, networking, and mobile devices.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation.
• Assist with infrastructure and technology improvement projects.
• Train users on basic technology functions.
• Participate in continuing education to remain current on emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory.
• Experience using Help Desk or ticketing software.
• Knowledge of printer support and hardware troubleshooting.
• Exposure to networking, VPNs, or Wi-Fi is beneficial.
• Linux, WSUS, PowerShell, or security experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative office environment.
• Technical certifications or related degree preferred but not required.
