Job Description

IT Support Associate (Entry-Level) – 2nd Shift

Pay: $20.70/hour + $1.00/hour shift premium ($21.70/hour total)Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 PM – 3:15 AMOvertime: Daily and weekend overtime may be availableJob Type: Temporary

Job Summary

We are seeking an entry-level IT Support Associate to join our team on 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their IT career while gaining hands-on experience supporting computers, servers, networks, and mobile devices in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Assist users with Microsoft Office applications and account-related issues.
Support iOS and Android mobile devices.
Create, update, and manage user accounts in Azure Active Directory.
Document support requests and resolutions.
Escalate complex technical issues as needed.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when assisting employees.

Qualifications

Basic troubleshooting experience with computers, servers, and networks.
Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices.
Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Previous IT help desk, technical support, or internship experience is preferred but not required.
