Job Description: 

• Provide courteous and professional support to users and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate setting up of computing resources and installation of required software
• Mentor other members of the team as needed
• Efficient timely, and effective response to internal user requests for support/troubleshooting while adhering to internal operating procedures
• Maintain smooth operation of multi-user/multi-platform computer systems for desktops and server environment
• Monitor and manage system resources, (e.g. CPU usage, disk usage, and response times)

Basic Qualifications: 

• Candidate must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Position requires at least a Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience (or 7 years of experience in lieu of a degree) in PC Support and/or Help Desk environment
• Knowledge of Window operating systems, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365 Suite, Window Domain architecture, Information Technology, Firewalls, and effective knowledge of both wired and wireless Local Area Network technologies. Linux experience is a plus.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in implementation and maintenance of CMMC guidelines strongly preferred
• Experience with basic support of Linux in a production environment a plus
• Experience in a small business environment is a plus

This role is 100% onsite in the Dayton/ Beavercreek, OH office.
