  • Experience supporting enterprise applications such as email, ERP, and intranet systems.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a high‑demand environment.
  • Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of IT experience.
  • Microsoft, A+, or similar technical certifications.
  • Experience supporting Oracle, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or high‑demand operational environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL database monitoring.
  • Experience in a client‑server environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PCs, peripherals, networked printers, LAN interfaces, and thin‑client environments.
  • Hands‑on support experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, RDP, and related tools.
  • Report writing and reporting system support experience.

What We Offer

  • A collaborative team environment with strong cross‑functional exposure.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting both business and manufacturing systems.
  • Opportunities to build technical depth in IT, MES, and OT environments.
  • A role where your work directly enables production, safety, and business success.
  • Ongoing learning and development in a growing, technology‑driven organization.

We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, along with a 401(k) plan that includes employer matching and profit sharing. Additionally, we offer company-paid life insurance, disability coverage, and paid time off (PTO).
