1. Deploys, configures, and maintains employee computing devices.
2. Provides hardware and software support to users.
3. Provides hardware and software support on network systems.
4. Provides server and infrastructure support.
5. Provides maintenance support for the company websites and communication systems.

3. Demonstrates growing familiarity with company security and compliance standards.

1. Assembles and upgrades employee computing devices, including memory, storage, and other hardware components.
2. Diagnoses and troubleshoots network hardware and connectivity issues.
3. Monitors and maintains server performance, availability, backups, and critical services according to standards.
4. Applies software updates, patches, and configuration changes across devices, network, and server systems.

1. Effectively communicates complex and/or technical information to co-workers and others.
2. Exercises tact and diplomacy in resolving mild conflicts or disagreements.
3. Effectively communicates information in written (including electronic) correspondence.
4. Effectively conveys technical information to non-technical audiences.
