Job Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship computers, batteries, and accessories to remote employees.
- Use a pallet jack to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Receive, organize, and restock inventory.
- Utilize a FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory system.
- Work on a computer throughout the day to process orders and manage inventory.
- Provide professional customer service to remote employees and occasional in-person visitors.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work area.
- Lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- English speaking and comprehension required for workplace safety.
