Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Product Engineer Specialist - Mobile Modular Water Treatment to work in our Canonsburg, PA office. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered an Exempt employee.
We are seeking a passionate Product Engineer/ Specialist or Product Manager to drive the development and commercialization of our next-generation mobile water treatment products. You will be at the intersection of engineering, market strategy, and customer needs, ensuring our solutions are impactful, scalable, and competitive.
You will be a pragmatic and inquisitive person, able to oversee engineering and build processes but also zoom out to understand how products can win in their respective spaces.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience in product management or engineering within the water treatment or related industrial sector.
Job Description:
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, focusing on mobile modular water treatment systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, sales) to define product requirements and development roadmaps.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to position products effectively.
- Drive prototyping, testing, and iteration to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Oversee Product engineering, procurement, and Supply chain processes to deliver equipment.
- Develop and manage capital and operating budgets for equipment and drive the best cost and operability position.s
- Work closely with customers and partners to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement with product training and collateral.

- Experience with engineering within the water treatment or related industrial sector.
