YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A JAIL CORRECTIONS OFFICER

This position works 12-hour shifts for 12-14 days/month. You have a 3-day weekend every other week!

As the foundation of our public safety operations and criminal justice systems, you help keep our residents and inmates safe. You collaborate with your team to keep our facility secure and to ensure inmates are properly cared for. Highly attentive and observant, you oversee inmate programs, manage booking and court processing, and supervise recreation. You remain vigilant throughout your day-to-day, jumping into action as needed to protect the security and integrity of our facility.
