Basic Cleaning Skills Needed:
- Buffing, dealing with a variety of different flooring types.
- .Vacuuming
- Chemical Use.
- Cleaning.
- Dusting and High Dusting.
- Mopping.
- Polishing Furniture.
- Recognition of Safety and Health standards.
- Sanitation and familiarity with how to use cleaning stations.
Areas of the club the Janitorial Crew are responsible for the maintenance of (but are not limited to):
- Locker room cleanliness and sanitation - showers, toilets, vanity, floors, walls and partitions.
- Tanning bed cleanliness
- Equipment cleanliness
- Cardio machines
- Floors, railings, stairs, walls - overall cleanliness
- Group fitness classrooms
- Functional training area
- Lobby
- Some office areas
- Some high dusting
