Janitor / Cleaner At Tesla

ServiceMaster C&C Facility Services is hiring Janitors / Cleaners to join our commercial cleaning team at the Tesla manufacturing facility in Sparks, Nevada. Our Tesla operation runs 24 hours a day across three shifts, giving employees multiple scheduling options. You'll work as part of a supportive team with on-site management, hands-on industrial cleaning training and equipment operations, and workplace safety training to help you succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain assigned areas throughout the facility, including offices, common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces. Daily responsibilities may include sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, removing trash, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, wiping surfaces and glass, restocking supplies, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. Employees also follow established cleaning schedules, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures and may assist with periodic or special cleaning projects as needed.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for dependable, team-oriented employees who take pride in maintaining a clean and safe facility. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, following cleaning and safety procedures, and learning new methods and equipment. Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but we're also willing to train motivated candidates.This position requires extended periods of standing and walking, frequent bending and stooping, and the ability to push or pull cleaning carts and equipment.
