As a Janitorial Assistant, you'll be part of a supportive team that handles essential cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restocking supplies. Don't worry-no experience is needed! What You'll Be Doing:

• Keep our hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and workspaces looking their best

• Use tools and products (safely!) to clean, scrub, polish, and shine

• Restock paper products and essentials in restrooms and break areas

• Interact with staff, patients, and visitors in a kind and courteous way

• Practice time management, teamwork, and positive workplace habits

• Learn new skills through supportive training and job coaching

Must-Haves:

• Able to communicate clearly with others

• You have a diagnosed significant disability that makes it hard to find other employment opportunities-but you're ready and willing to work
