This role is responsible for maintaining production areas, restrooms, break rooms, equipment, and common spaces to ensure a clean, organized, and safe workplace.The ideal Industrial Janitor is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an industrial setting while following safety and sanitation procedures.Required Experience & Skills Previous janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED Ability to follow instructions and company proceduresEssential Duties & Responsibilities Clean and maintain production floors, restrooms, break areas, offices, and common spaces Sweep, mop, scrub, and pressure wash floors and surfaces as needed Remove trash, debris, and waste materials according to company procedures Clean machinery, equipment, and work areas as required Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and restroom necessities Follow proper handling and storage procedures for cleaning chemicals and supplies Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to supervisors Support production teams by maintaining safe and organized work areas Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements Maintain a clean and professional work environment throughout the facilityPreferred Qualifications Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facilities Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety practices Ability to perform routine facility cleaning and maintenance tasksPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the shift Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials as needed Ability to work around industrial equipment and production operations Comfortable working in varying temperatures and warehouse environmentsWork Environment Manufacturing and industrial facility environment Exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and cleaning chemicals Fast-paced setting focused on cleanliness, safety, and organization Team-oriented workplace supporting production and facility operationsWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Consistent first-shift schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Stable work environment Opportunity to contribute directly to workplace safety and organization Supportive team atmosphere with growth potentialReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 918-576-7117 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:507 E.
