Summary:Performs janitorial plant maintenance duties, including dusting, mopping, clean windows, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, restocking supplies, painting offices and includes yard maintenance.

Task and Responsibilities:The Janitor shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following:This job requires the individual to work with and around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, power equipment, automated equipment and other hazardous processes which requires this job to be classified a SAFETY SENSITIVE position.Performs general, routine janitorial duties, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms and restocking supplies.Empty trash and dispose trash into dumpstersPick up trash and limbs in the yard and sweep the sidewalks including shoveling snow and spreading ice melt during inclement weather.Follow Premier safety policies and procedures.Sustain 5 s requirements.Must demonstrate the desire to perform in a professional manner as a member of a team and give inputs on activities that will help complete project assignments in a timely and efficient manner while upholding the safety and quality standards.

Skills and Experience:Knowledge of the use of industrial cleaning equipmentAble to operate power toolsAble to read and write basic shop communicationsAble to use shop tape measureRequires heavy physical work, heavy lifting up to 75 pounds, pushing or pulling objects.Must have the ability to learn new skills
