Temporary CustodianPay:$15.00 per hourLocation:Oklahoma City, OK 73179Shift:Monday Saturday | 7: 00 AM 5: 00 PMJob Type:Temporary (Through August 25)Job Order #:125708Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable Temporary Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City through August 25. This position is responsible for cleaning offices, production areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and outdoor spaces while assisting with general facility upkeep and seasonal grounds maintenance.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a professional and safe work environment.Required Experience & Skills Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience preferred Manufacturing or industrial cleaning experience is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment Reliable attendance and strong work ethicEssential Duties & Responsibilities Clean offices, production areas, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and scrubbing Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and handwashing stations Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas Clean windows, doors, walls, and other facility surfaces as needed Organize and maintain janitorial storage areas and cleaning equipment Monitor janitorial supply inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing Perform seasonal grounds maintenance, including mowing, weed trimming, hedge trimming, blowing debris, and weed control Assist with facility cleanup projects and other assigned tasks Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly to managementPreferred Qualifications Previous custodial or janitorial experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies Basic grounds maintenance or landscaping experience Strong communication and teamwork skillsPhysical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, reaching, and climbing ladders throughout the shift Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment while following all safety proceduresWork Environment Industrial manufacturing facility with indoor and outdoor responsibilities Fast-paced environment focused on cleanliness, organization, and safety Independent role with a variety of daily tasks Temporary assignment through August 25Why You'll Want This Opportunity Consistent full-time daytime schedule Opportunity to work in a stable manufacturing environment Variety of indoor and outdoor responsibilities Great opportunity to gain industrial facility maintenance experience Competitive hourly pay for a temporary assignmentReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text (405) 367-3076 for more information.You can also apply in person through:Stand-By Personnel Oklahoma CityMonday Friday | 8 AM 4 PM
