We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Janitorial Team Member will be responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of designated areas. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Perform general clean-up of all areas of the facility as directed

Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot

Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders / maintenance requests

Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-upHandle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests

Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped for daily usage and scheduled events

Assure all public use areas including restrooms, walkways, corridors, etc. are clean and up to standards prior to, during, and after each event

Additional tasks assigned by managementEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:2+ years janitorial experience preferred

Willingness to work a variety of shifts

Ability to work well under minimal supervision and as a team

Capacity to take direction

Strong attention to detailWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be available to work a flexible schedule, a combination of days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays

May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bend

Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds

Ability to navigate around the facility for long periods of time

Ability to climb elevated areas to complete tasks (i.e. ladders, lift for scoreboards, etc.)Must wear proper uniform

Facility has intermittent noise
