Job Title: Java Developer
Location: Phoenix, AZ - onsite
Required Skills & Expertise
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Strong experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs
- Hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using React
- Strong knowledge of multithreading and microservices architecture
- Good understanding of performance tuning, memory management, and caching mechanisms
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Expertise in messaging and integration technologies (Kafka, JMS, MQ)
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and basic scripting
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern UI development practices
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
- Strong experience with unit and integration testing (JUnit)
- Familiarity with Git, GitLab/GitHub, Maven
- Solid understanding of design patterns and coding best practices
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Knowledge of security concepts (OAuth2.0, encryption, SSL, APIs, gateways)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
