Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Boston , MA- Onsite Experience: 8+ years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications using event-driven and cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, and related technologies.
  • Develop robust REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
  • Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
  • Develop Kafka producers and consumers and work with topics, partitions, consumer groups, offsets, and message delivery patterns.
  • Implement asynchronous communication between distributed services using Kafka.
  • Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs and microservices.
  • Design database schemas and develop efficient queries using SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
  • Implement application security using Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, or similar technologies.
  • Write unit, integration, and automated tests using JUnit, Mockito, and appropriate testing frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot application, API, Kafka, and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployments.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, Architects, and other engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to architecture and design discussions.
