Java Full Stack Lead Developer (UI Focused)Location - Plano TXResponsible for leading the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, cloud native enterprise applications with a strong emphasis onmodern UI/Frontend developmentand exceptional user experience. I possess extensive experience in building highly responsive, interactive, and performance optimized web applications usingReact JS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and Context API , ensuring seamless user interfaces that align with business objectives and customer expectations. In addition to frontend leadership, I leverage deep expertise inJava (8/11/17+), Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, Spring Security, and JPA/Hibernateto develop secure and scalable backend services. I collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, architects, and development teams to transform business requirements into intuitive, user centric digital solutions while establishing frontend standards, reusable component libraries, and best practices for application performance, accessibility, and maintainability. My responsibilities include technical leadership, solution architecture, code reviews, mentoring development teams, and guiding end to end application delivery using Agile methodologies. I have extensive experience withAWS cloud servicesincluding EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch, along with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Additionally, I drive DevOps excellence through CI/CD implementation using Jenkins and GitHub Actions, troubleshoot complex production issues, and promote engineering best practices across development and deployment processes.
