We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful web services, and database technologies while working in Agile environments. This role also requires experience with cloud, CI/CD, containerization, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture and design of Java applications, ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices.
Design, develop, and debug software programs using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Build and consume REST APIs, following best practices.
Develop applications using ORM/JPA and interact with PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot 2, Java 8/11, and microservices design and implementation.
Work with application servers such as Tomcat, EAP, and database servers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers (React JS) and other stakeholders, to deliver integrated solutions.
Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Participate in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Ensure application scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Support Agile practices including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Languages & Frameworks: Core Java (8/11), Spring Boot 2, RESTful web services, ORM/JPA
Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle
Frontend (desirable): React JS
Microservices: Hands-on experience designing and implementing microservice architecture
Containerization & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud experience
DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Git, Maven, Postman, Swagger
Other Tools & Knowledge: Tomcat, EAP application server, SCM systems, Agile methodology
