Principales responsabilidades:
- Determinar y controlar los métodos y procedimientos de trabajo del sector laboratorio.
- Evaluar y verificar la exactitud de instrumentos críticos (Balanzas, NIR, estufas, etc.).
- Asegurar el correcto muestreo y análisis físico - químico y microbiológicos.
- Evaluar y recomendar criterios de calidad para recepción, almacenamiento, molienda y despachos de subproductos.
- Coordinar la adecuación, implementación y mantenimiento de los sistemas de gestión de calidad e inocuidad alimentaria (ejemplo: GMP+, FSSC 22000/HACCP). Promover el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de manufactura establecidas por calidad e inocuidad alimentaria.
- Liderar el equipo de inocuidad de los alimentos.
- Contribuir a la adecuación, mantenimiento e implementación de los sistemas de gestión (BPS).
- Participar activamente de las capacitaciones técnicas, seguridad, medio ambiente, calidad e inocuidad alimentaria, salud según plan anual de capacitaciones.
Perfil Requerido:
- Graduado de Ingeniería en Alimentos, Ingenieria Quimica, Lic. en alimentos o Lic. en quimica (exlcuyente)
- Experiencia en industrias del rubro mínimo de 2 años. (excluyente)
- Ingles intermedio (excluyente)
- Conocimeinto del sistema de calidad.
- Conocimiento técnico sobre procesos productivos continuos.
- Experiencia técnica y manejo de equipo instrumentos / equipos de laboratorio.
- Liderazgo y comunicación efectiva.
