Position Overview
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of operations at your assigned store. This includes staff management, customer satisfaction, adherence to quality standards, and financial management.
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee the daily operations, ensuring consistent operational excellence
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to maximize store profitability
- Implement and maintain comprehensive training programs for staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the community

Who You Are
