Job Description

Job Title: Job Coach (Part-Time)Location: Clackamas, ORPay: $21.75–$22.75 per hour (DOE) + $500 Hiring BonusCommunity Access Services (CAS) is hiring a Part-Time Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as they gain confidence and succeed in competitive employment throughout the community.This role primarily serves Clackamas County, with occasional assignments in Multnomah and Washington counties based on program needs. While this position begins as part-time, additional hours are expected as services continue to expand, creating the opportunity for a future full-time schedule.No previous Job Coach experience is required. What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing one-on-one coaching and workplace support
  • Encouraging independence, self-confidence, and professional workplace habits
  • Supporting positive communication with supervisors and coworkers
  • Helping individuals strengthen skills such as organization, time management, and problem-solving
  • Completing required documentation and progress notes
  • Promoting safe, inclusive, and respectful work environments
  • Collaborating with employers, support teams, and coworkers to help individuals achieve long-term employment success
Qualifications
  • Experience in caregiving, education, coaching, human services, or direct support is helpful but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to become an approved company driver
  • Ability to pass a national background check
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
  • Willingness to travel throughout Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties
